3. Account Registration
When creating an account with us, you agree to:

5. Service Availability & Uptime
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, except for:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Emergency maintenance
- Third-party outages (data centers, upstream providers)
- Force majeure events
- Issues caused by the customer (misconfiguration, coding errors, DDoS attacks, etc.)
VNA Hosting is not liable for downtime caused by external factors beyond reasonable control.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must not use our services to:
- Host illegal content
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited email
- Conduct hacking, phishing, or malicious activity
- Store or distribute copyrighted content without permission
- Violate local or international laws
- Abuse server resources (high CPU, malware, excessive traffic)
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
7. Billing & Payments
All services are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Payment must be completed before service activation.
- Auto-renewal may occur unless the customer manually cancels the service.
- Service may be suspended for late or failed payments.
- Invoices must be paid on or before the due date.
Taxes
Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) will be added to all invoices.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds apply only as per our Refund Policy, which typically includes:
- No refund for VPS, Dedicated Servers, or software licenses
- Limited refund for shared hosting within the first 7 days
- No refund for misuse or policy violations
- No refund for domain registration, SSL, or IP addresses
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
9. Suspension & Termination
VNA Hosting may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment is overdue
- You violate these Terms or AUP
- You engage in illegal or harmful activities
- Server usage threatens security or stability
- You abuse support channels or staff
Customer data may be deleted after termination.
10. Data & Backup Policy
- Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
- VNA Hosting may offer backup services, but we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of backups.
- We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, human error, or customer actions.
11. Security
While we implement industry-standard security measures, you acknowledge that:
- No system is fully secure
- You must secure your own applications, emails, scripts, and passwords
- VNA Hosting is not responsible for breaches caused by third-party software or customer negligence
12. Third-Party Services
Some services (domains, SSL, software licenses, backup tools) rely on third parties.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party delays or outages
- Pricing changes
- Policy changes
- Service limitations
13. Limitation of Liability
VNA Hosting shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- Downtime
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the last 30 days.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VNA Hosting harmless against claims arising from:
- Your misuse of services
- Violation of policies
- Content hosted on your servers
- Security breaches caused by your actions
- Legal disputes with third parties
15. Service Modifications
We may modify, update, or discontinue services at any time.
Any major changes will be communicated through email or customer portal.
